Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Set aside. In a bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl, combine egg, milk and 1/3 cup melted butter. Add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Fill greased muffin pan (or line with baking cups) 2/3 full. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately dip tops into 3 tablespoons melted butter, then dip or sprinkle tops in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
