Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast per person, deboned
    1 egg per lb. of chicken
    1/4 c. milk per egg
    flour
    salt and pepper
    peanut oil for frying
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces.
    Coat well with flour, salt and pepper.
    Let stand in flour for 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken from flour and soak in mixture of egg and milk for 15 minutes.
    Roll in flour and deep fry in peanut oil; top with sauce, cashews and green onions.
