Chocolate Sauce 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat together chocolate and water in small saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted.
    Stir in sugar until smooth. Bring to boiling; boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted. Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Sauce will thicken slightly on standing.
