Texas Jalapeno Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick grits
    16 oz. sour cream
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. jalapenos
Preparation
    Cook grits as labeled on box.
    Add half the grits in a deep casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Mix sour cream and jalapenos together.
    Add half of that on top of grits, then add half of each cheese. Repeat the same way again.
    Finish on top with the cheeses. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 10.
