Ingredients

2 c. heavy cream and 2 c. light cream or can use 4 c. Milnot for both heavy and light cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except nuts.
Freeze in electric freezer for 20 minutes.
Add nuts and continue freezing until done.
