Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. all-purpose potatoes
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. onions, chopped
    3/4 bunch celery, chopped
    3 to 4 green peppers, chopped
    2 large tomatoes
    1/2 c. oil *
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar *
    garlic salt
    pepper
    fresh chopped parsley
    oregano
    sugar
Preparation
    * More oil and vinegar may be added to taste once mixed.
