Seafood Jubilee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. fettucini pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. scallops (sea or bay)
3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
Old Bay seasoning to taste
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
several pieces diced pimento
Preparation

Boil fettucini as per instructions on box.
Melt butter in skillet.
Lightly saute scallops and shrimp in skillet and add Old Bay to taste.
Divide fettucini onto 2 platters and top with grated Mozzarella, shrimp and scallops; use pimento pieces for garnish. Hurry into preheated oven until cheese is melted.
