Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. half and half
    4 tsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a 3-quart dish.
    Cover and microwave at High 4 minutes; stir well.
    Return to microwave at High 7 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
