Fried Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh okra, sliced
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green tomatoes, diced
Preparation

Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper.
Cut stems off okra and slice.
Coat okra in flour mixture.
Coat tomatoes and mix with okra.
Fry in hot skillet until golden brown.
