Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 jars artichoke hearts, drained
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and save oil.
    Beat eggs, add oil, artichokes and remaining ingredients.
    Save some cheese for the top.
    Put in a small baking pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
