Velveeta Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed, but not too soft; drain. Cube cheese and 1/2 stick butter.
    Mix together and layer broccoli, cheese and butter in 1-quart casserole.
    Melt 2/3 stick butter. Roll or crumble Ritz crackers, not too fine; add to melted butter. Mix until coated.
    Top broccoli with buttered Ritz crackers.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
