Matthew'S Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. white flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 c. milk
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Sift flour and dry ingredients.
    Beat egg yolks and add butter and milk.
    Pour liquid mixture into dry and combine with just a few strokes.
    Batter should have a pebbled look.
