Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. small broccoli florets
    1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate dough into 4 long triangles and place crosswise on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Press over bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
    Seal perforations. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool completely.
