Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. syrup from pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
3 thin lemon slices
3 thin orange slices
1 stick cinnamon
1 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks and reserve.
Pour syrup into small saucepan.
Add sugar, lemon and orange slices and cinnamon. Bring to simmer; cook 5 minutes.
Add cranberries; simmer until they begin to burst.
Stir in drained pineapple chunks.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
