Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, not drained
    2 c. catsup or tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper (optional)
    water (add to desired thickness)
Preparation
    Brown beef in a large skillet.
    Drain and place in a 4-quart crock-pot.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in skillet until onion is clear.
    Add to crock-pot along with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cook on high setting 3 to 4 hours or low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
    This can be frozen and is also good in taco shells.
