Salmon Patties Or Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
8 to 10 crushed saltine crackers
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
approximately 2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Remove bones and break into chunks.
Add crackers, beaten eggs, seasoning, onions and some liquid from salmon.
Mix thoroughly and shape into patties or loaf.
Either fry or bake in greased pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
