Shrimp Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices soft white bread, crusts removed and bread cubed
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 eggs, beaten with salt, mustard and 1 pt. milk
Preparation
    Layer shrimp, bread and cheese in greased casserole.
    Pour over oleo and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Makes 4 servings.
