Blueberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed blueberries or blueberry juice
    1 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, blueberries and milk.
    Freeze. Whip frozen mixture, then fold in heavy cream.
    Return to freezer.
