Magic Chocolate French Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. 3 (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. ground nut meats (optional)
Preparation
    In top
    of double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water; stir occasionally.
    Remove
    from heat.
    Add sweetened condensed milk, salt,
    vanilla
    extract
    and
    nut meats.
    Stir only until smooth. Turn into waxed paper lined 8-inch square pan.
    Spread mixture evenly
    and
    smooth surface.
    Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn candy onto cutting board to cut.
    Store in airtight container.
