Nut Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 c. sifted plain or self-rising flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0, slow oven.
Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in flour and nuts.
Form dough into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake about 30 minutes.
While still hot, roll puffs in confectioners sugar.
