Chicken - Polish Style(Kurczeta Po Polsku) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (2 to 3 lb.)
    salt
    chicken livers
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk (about)
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Sprinkle the chicken with salt; let stand 1 hour.
    Chop the livers
    finely.
    Combine
    with bread crumbs, egg, salt to taste, dill
    weed,
    pepper
    and
    as much milk as needed for a loose, sour cream-like consistency.
    Fill cavity
    of
    chicken with
    crumb mixture; truss.
    Place chicken
    in\troasting
    pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Baste often with melted butter.
