Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut bite size
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    2 (15 oz.) cans red beans
    1 (16 oz.) can corn
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can green chilies
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    2 tsp. sugar
    Worcestershire sauce
    Pic-a-pepper sauce
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until soft.
    Add mushrooms and carrots.
    Saute 3 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients. Add jalapenos, Worcestershire and Pic-a-Pepper sauce to taste. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer for 10 minutes. Taste for spice (hotness).
    Serve in bowls and top with your choice of cheese.
