Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, cut in large pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    about 4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. spinach
    crisp, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Put garlic and salt in salad oil for 1 hour.
    Mix together the cider vinegar and lemon juice.
    Remove garlic clove from oil (if desired) and gradually add vinegar mixture to oil and beat until frothy.
    Mix in 4 hard-boiled eggs to a pound of spinach.
    Add generous amount of crisp, crumbled bacon.
    Use fresh spinach only. Wash very thoroughly to eliminate sand and cut off stems.
    One pound of spinach serves 8 to 10 people.
