Banana Split Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 c. skim milk
    10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can plus 1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. toasted pecans (toast in oven for 10 minutes at 300~)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 bananas, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs at medium speed until frothy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until thick.
    Add skim milk and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour egg mixture into a large pot.
    Place over low heat.
    Cook, stirring constantly until heated thoroughly.
    Combine egg mixture, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Add bananas, cherries and nuts.
    Freeze in a 1 1/2 gallon freezer. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes after freezing.
