Ship Wreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (12 oz.) pkg egg noodles
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add seasoning to taste. Add corn, soups and half of cheese. Simmer for a few minutes, mix
    with cooked noodles. Pour into a large casserole dish and add remaining cheese to top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and is bubbly.
