Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
1 large can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 Tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into buttered pie pan.
Drain peaches, saving syrup.
Arrange peaches over batter.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice until smooth.
Spread over peaches to within 1-inch of edge of batter.
Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
