Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 lb. cooked sausage or ham
    1 can green chiles
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 slices white bread (for crust)
Preparation
    Line bottom of casserole (9 x 13-inch) with bread.
    Beat eggs; add milk and beat once again.
    Combine with ingredients in order listed and pour over bread.
    Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
