Red Potato And Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 red potatoes, boiled and cut in half
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1 scallion, sliced
1 small carrot, peeled and grated
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine the potatoes, eggs, scallions and carrots.
Add the parsley, caraway, dill, salt and pepper.
Toss lightly.
