Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can French fried onions
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can buttermilk biscuits
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of celery seed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add can of French fried onions (less 1/2 cup) and can of mushrooms.
    Put in ungreased 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.
    Heat can of mushroom soup (undiluted) to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
    Pour over meat in casserole.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup French fried onions.
    Cut biscuits in half and edge casserole with cut side down.
    Mix egg, 1/2 cup sour cream, salt and celery seed; pour over biscuits and across top of casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
