Cooked Chocolate Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box 4x confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook one minute more.
Add vanilla and confectioners sugar.
Beat with a mixer until thick or stands at a peak.
