Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust
    1 c. shredded reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. frozen bell pepper and onions, thawed and patted dry
    32 slices pepperoni
    1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Coat a baking sheet with a nonstick spray. Unroll pizza crust on a cutting board and stretch dough into a 12-inch square. Cut in quarters (you'll have four 6-inch squares).
