Maude Rutley'S Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk (add a little more if needed)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients for crust with a fork.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix well, then divide the dough in half.
Tear 2 sheets of waxed paper as large as your cookie sheet.
Roll
1/2 of the dough between the two sheets.
Fit rolled dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
