No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    5 peeled, cut up potatoes
    5 peeled, cut up carrots
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    cut up celery and fresh green beans (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together in large roasting pan; cover.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
