Rueben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 7 mid-size potatoes
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 pkg. Keilbasa sausage (cut into chunks)
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 lb. swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
    Boil approximately 10 minutes or until fork can be easily inserted.
    DO NOT cook until soft!
