German Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 medium head cabbage, shredded or drained sauerkraut
1 medium onion
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Brown beef in margarine.
Add other ingredients.
Cook, covered, over low heat 30 to 35 minutes without lifting the cover until rice is tender.
Serves 6.
