5-Minute Mex-Cheese Snacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (12 oz.) jar medium salsa
1 loaf French or Italian bread
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
slivered black olives
Preparation

In
a large bowl, combine cheese and salsa. Stir until well mixed. Slice bread lengthwise.
Cover each half with cheese and salsa mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add green chiles and black olives, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
