Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Cook until thick and smooth.
Store in plastic Baggie.
