Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apples, washed and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. honey or pure maple syrup
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c. safflower oil
1/2 c. natural apple juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch square pan with vegetable oil.
Spread prepared apples in the bottom of the pan. Cover with lemon juice and honey.
In medium-size bowl, combine flour, oats, oil and spice.
Spread over apples and pour apple juice on top.
Bake for 35 minutes and serve.
