Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    2 c. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a skillet, stirring over medium heat until brown.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Butter an 8 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Line with crescent roll dough, pressing dough firmly into the pan.
    Sprinkle the cooked sausage and the cheese over the dough and set the pan aside.
