6 chocolate covered cherries or other chocolate candies
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
shortening
1 c. chocolate bits
1 1/2 oz. white chocolate
Preparation

Early in day or up to 1 week ahead:
Place ice cream in refrigerator
to
soften
slightly,
about
30 minutes.
Chill small cookie sheet in freezer.
