Venison Or Moose Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped dill
3 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in butter.
Mix in the rice, dill, salt and pepper.
Put cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and dry.
Place meat mix in middle of leaves.
Fold and secure with pick.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
