Gelatin Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 3/4 c. unsweetened fruit juice
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Add juice to gelatin.
    Add water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
