Custard Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation

Separate eggs, placing yolks in a large bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Set aside.
Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar, milk, flour, pumpkin and spices.
Blend thoroughly.
Fold into egg whites gently.
Cover cake.
