Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. real lime juice from concentrate or 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
    yellow food coloring (optional)
    whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk, real lime and food coloring (optional). Pour into prepared pastry shell;
    bake 30 minutes.
    Cool; chill. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
    Store in refrigerator. Preparation time:
    10 minutes.
