Deviled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots (about 6)
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large frying pan with cover, melt butter.
    Add carrots which have been peeled and cut into even julienne strips. Sprinkle with salt.
    Cover tightly and steam in the butter until tender, 15 to 30 minutes.
