Italian Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin or round steak, fat removed (partially frozen)
    2 peppers (red and green), very thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    herb salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut partially frozen steak against the grain in paper thin slices.
    Heat olive oil until very hot in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry steak over high heat (it will be done in about 60 seconds).
    Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
    Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry garlic, onion and peppers for several minutes until crisp.
    Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and oregano; cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Return meat to pan, add parsley and season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
    Cook until the meat is heated through.
    Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
