Hamburger Medley Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
6 onions, sliced
4 stalks celery
4 carrots
4 potatoes
3 Tbsp. margarine
6 c. water
1 large can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Simmer meat; pour off excess grease.
Add margarine, sliced onions and water and cook 1 1/2 hours, then add tomatoes and cut up vegetables and seasoning.
Cook until done, about one hour.
