New England Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. navy, pea or kidney beans
1 medium whole onion
salt pork
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse beans.
Cover with water and soak overnight.
To same water, add remaining ingredients.
Cook in pressure cooker at 15 pounds pressure for 25 to 30 minutes, in covered beanpot.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 hours or in covered slow cooker at low temperature for 6 to 8 hours.
