Tuna Hobos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. tuna
    4 oz. diced celery
    4 oz. diced cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    diced pimiento to taste
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 medium hamburger buns
Preparation
    Mix together tuna, celery, cheese, parsley and pimiento.
    Set aside.
    Mix together lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spoon over tuna and toss lightly.
    Divide mixture evenly among bottoms of buns. Put tops on, wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
    Serves 4 and has about 490 calories per serving.
