Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sauerkraut, bagged
    6 oz. junior baby food, apples or pears
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Heat oil in large skillet (ovenproof) over medium heat.
    Add pork chops, cook 2 minutes on each side (turn only once) until lightly browned.
    Remove skillet from heat, remove pork chops to a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
